By accessing or using SafariBid services, users, merchants, riders, and businesses agree to comply with these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.

Section 2.2

Services Provided

SafariBid provides a comprehensive suite of digital and physical services, designed to bridge the gap between businesses and their customers:

Ride-hailing services
Food delivery
Parcel delivery
Marketplace services
Logistics services
Business dispatch services
Technology platform services

SafariBid reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time without prior notice.

Section 2.3

User Accounts

Users may be required to create accounts to access certain features. By creating an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  • Maintain the confidentiality and security of your account credentials.
  • Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Notify SafariBid immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Marketplace Transactions

Merchants on the platform are independent entities. They are solely responsible for:

Product quality and safety standards
Inventory accuracy and availability
Compliance with all local laws
Product warranties and consumer rights
Section 2.5

Delivery Services

Delivery times provided are estimates and may vary due to external factors including weather, traffic, and merchant preparation delays. SafariBid shall not be liable for delays beyond reasonable operational control.

Cash payments
Mobile money
Wallet systems
Bank transfers
Card payments
Section 2.7

Prohibited Activities

    Committing or facilitating fraud or deceptive practices
    Abusing promotions, referrals, or platform incentives
    Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information
    Interfering with or disrupting platform operations
    Violating any local or international laws
    Harassing, threatening, or abusing riders, merchants, or staff
Section 2.8

Intellectual Property

All SafariBid trademarks, logos, systems, software, branding, and content remain the exclusive property of SafariBid. Unauthorized copying, modification, or commercial use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

Section 2.9

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SafariBid shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, lost profits, or third-party conduct. This includes product defects caused by merchants and service interruptions beyond our control.

Section 2.12

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the country of operation unless otherwise stated.
