SafariBid is committed to building a trusted marketplace that supports same-day local commerce through verified physical stores. This Return Policy establishes the obligations of merchants and the rights of customers regarding damaged, incorrect, defective, or eligible returned products.

Section 1.2

Merchant Eligibility

Only verified sellers with physical operating stores or approved commercial locations are permitted to sell through SafariBid. Merchants must:

  • Maintain a valid physical business location
  • Ensure products listed are in stock
  • Provide accurate product descriptions
  • Comply with consumer protection laws
Section 1.3

Valid Return Reasons

Product delivered damaged
Wrong product delivered
Significant difference from description
Defective or non-functioning product
Missing items or incomplete order
Section 1.5

Return Logistics

Where a return is approved due to damaged, incorrect, or defective goods, SafariBid may dispatch a rider to collect the product at no delivery cost to the customer. The cost in such cases shall be charged to the merchant/vendor.

Exceptions & Exclusions

The following items do not qualify for returns unless they are defective upon arrival:

Used hygiene items
Late perishable food claims
Customized products
Digital software
